Physical Signage

Funded by EU funding through Cross River Partnership as a part of the Just Streets project, we worked with Europa and local co-designers to bring the research uncovered in Tracking the Heritage to life.

Through a workshop within the 2024 London Design Festival programme, Camden Highline and Europa worked with local people, designers and visitors from afar to discuss and interpret a visual language, coming up with a scheme that is recognisable as heritage, but understood as alternative.

The trail identifies key heritage features in and around Camden Town and pairs with an online walking tour! The tour begins at Highline HQ (Camden Collective) and ends in Camden Gardens.
